Mark Koehler & Tom Mayes are the owners of Service Master Complete Services.
Mark W. Koehler's primary responsibility is Chief Operations Officer.
One of four children of Bill and Pat Koehler, Mark grew up in Groveport, Ohio and graduated form Groveport-Madison High School in 1989. He attended Muskingum College (now university) were he earned his BA in Education. He graduated in 1993 with a major in Physical Education, Health and History with a minor in Sports Medicine. He was a three-year letterman for the Fighting Muskies football team.
Mark has served time on the Southeast Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (current), and is a Past Chairman of the Canal Winchester area Chamber of Commerce. He also represents regional ServiceMaster Franchisee’s on ServiceMaster’s National Franchise Council.
Mark is a IICRC (Institute of Inspection
Cleaning and Restoration Certification) Master Fire & Smoke
Restorer, A Master Water Restorer, as well as a Master Textile
Cleaner.
Involved in the community, Mark attends Pope John XXIII Catholic Church, coaches youth soccer, basketball and softball. His wife Jennifer, married since 1994, and their three daughters reside in Canal Winchester.
Tom Mayes was born in Columbus, Ohio, and is a life-long resident of Groveport, Ohio.
He is married with 2 children (1 girl and 1 boy) and graduated from Groveport Madison High School, in 1989. He graduated Magna Cum Laude of Franklin University, in 1994. Achievements from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification include both Master Textile Cleaner and Master Fire & Smoke Restorer.
He is a member of Groveport United Methodist Church and has served on their Trustee Committee for a 3 year term. He was also nominated to serve on the Staff Parish Committee for a 3 year term, starting in January, 2010, and attended the Walk to Emmaus at Reynoldsburg United Methodist Church, in January, 2008.
